“I Am the Sky” is a bold, emotionally charged anthem inspired by the core metaphor of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: “You are the sky—everything else is just the weather.” With soaring vocals and cinematic instrumentation, the song reminds listeners that their identity lies not in fleeting thoughts or emotions, but in the vast, resilient space that holds them. This is not a Bible based song as such. It is simply describing a useful way of accepting the ever-changing landscape of our thoughts and emotions. This is one of two concepts I have been exploring. The other is a song on the linguistic and psychological difference between the use of “I” and “me” (Based on Relational Frame Theory).

As a side note: this song has inspired me to work on another song titled "Jehovah, my sky" that is scripturally based. As of May 3rd, that song is "Coming Soon!"
