Grease the Hinges Part 1' is an energizing track in the band’s ever evolving sound, opening with a riff reminiscent of the Strokes and Arctic Monkey’s 2000’s-era-catchiness, you’ll find yourself instantly singing along to the guitar (well, bass, courtesy of Royal Blood’s influence) before the vocals even begin. 

Fun back ups by the three piece support Placebo-esc vocal melodies, while introducing piano, latin drum beats, dessert rock synths and an absolutely seething violin solo seamlessly in 5 minutes, with songwriting finesse of the avant garde metal arrangements of Igorrr.

"My Hero The Homewrecker" is the band's strongest piece yet, with notable positive responses from music lovers and musicians alike.
Emblematic of Mecha Mecha's sound, the opening violin reel is instantly recognisable and prepares you for the rest of the band to kick your arse with a simple but unique riff that even the most seasoned of metalheads will bang their heads to. 
Lead singer Walter has outdone himself vocally, with clear, candid lyrics, even shedding some vulnerability over the song's skeleton resolution.       
Drummer Angelo's taste in EDM seeps through in the bridge section, and the traditionalism of Isaac's violin playing seeps through, despite the modern context

The soundtrack to walking away from explosions, inspired by Tool, Deftones, Nine Inch Nails and the better half of Muse's career, "Caught in a Cage" is  Mecha Mecha's darkest and heaviest piece to date. Saluting the struggle of removing your foot from the grave that is the afterlife of a relationship, the song is both deeply personal, with awfully relevant themes of isolation and segregation, while also being suitable for an action movie theme song starring Keanu Reeves.

Neo Classical-Alt rock trio Mecha Mecha, consists of brothers Angelo Webb (Drums) and Walter Webb (various instruments and singer) perform high energy and melodic rock tunes accompanied by the harmonies, violin and bass playing of Isaac Vincent, optimising their live shows to pack a punch and dance floors.

Sporting a traditional three piece rock line-up spawning music influenced by big name 90s acts such as Jeff Buckley, Radiohead and Tool, or harmoniously incorporating violin or keys to allow for a greater sonic variety, Mecha Mecha relishes in the power of heavy-hitting, blues-inspired grooves. Their chord progressions and melody lines reflect frontman Walter's childhood exposure to traditional Hungarian folk and gypsy music. The band strives to deliver a dynamic and exciting performance featuring tasteful displays of virtuosity, accompanied by the moving, elastic vocal melodies of lead singer Walter Webb.

They've just completed a 6 track EP with indie producer Tyson Ruth at Studio Truth, as well as a professional music video with Shots for Bands. They're actively gigging with fellow indie bands and campaigning frequently to promote their upcoming EP launch on July 27th at the Black Bear Lodge, in the Valley.
