The first hour features a selection of Asian sounds, some calm, some more psychedelic, all built around a story-driven flow.

For the second hour, Yoongying takes over as my guest from Bangkok. The city’s electronic scene has a special charm, intimate listening bars where people drift quietly between the bar and the dance floor, lost in the sound rather than conversation. Yoongying known for her long all-nighters in these spaces, brings that same warm, hypnotic energy to this episode of Tea Drops.

While the first hour may differ in energy from the second, together they balance each other, forming one complete journey that carries the spirit of Asia.

Tea Drops is always exploring the Asian music and soul through its people and its wide range of sounds and genres, reaching across borders, and trying to share the essence of the Asian spirit with listeners from all corners of the world.

On releases for 3024, Earful of Wax, Woozy, Spe:c or her own label Amygdala (check the recent collab EP with Jon1st) she perfectly blends precise and contemporary drum & percussion work with a heavy bass fundament and wonderful vibey athmospheres.
