Haha, I can see hoiw one could get sour to Dore, but I find him funny still (when he wants to be) and is one of my first-line news line into the US, I'm in my comfortable home at -35c in Canada where things are nowhere as ugly/wild. I don't do twitter much at all, so I don't see the people Yasha mentions here, I have accounts on a lot of social media but barely use them, the only thing I let decide for me is my RSS feed with certain keywords, otherwise, I decide what I want to get informed by, not the opposite like those relying solely on TV/radio, the wave of new internet users around 2008-2009 are those who would have never gotten an internet connection if it wasn't for those double-edged tools, some of them totally single edged to profile you and sell you. Not everyone who likes Dore falls in the Greenwald Mafia heh.

Funny how (although CBC in 2020 and last year tried to compare people who are anti-ultra rapid warp speed developed vaccines (and not antivax in general, the shortest testing time for a branded vaccine out there is 4 years, I don't want to be part of a Stage III cliinical study involving the whole west (China's vaccine is a normal vaccine using dead sars-cov-2, they also sell for very cheap antiviral interferon based inhalers to prevent worsening of infection ever since it got in control over there) and I don't know much at all about Sputnik-V. Anyways, they tried to portray people like this before in Canada as ultra-right wing etc. but it fails since it's mostly leftists (who do not like the Liberal Party of Canada or Trudeau) that are against this rush for a vaccine for a coronavirus, a first, since the premise is idiotic, like other coronaviruses, it mutates every 2-3 weeks. I rather just take Pfizer's Antiviral (if it turns out to be good) than go ahead with hazardous experimentals

Covid gave Biden NY State...which was going Sanders before the fear oven was cranked to 11 in March 2020, he was cheated out of NY State and a couple other smaller ones. Not as obvious as in 2016 because Covid. I agree with Russia that Britain released sars-cov-2 just a few days before it was leaving the EU (not kidding, Russian intel says so, it made a stink in the UK on the DailyMail but it was never talked about in north america afaik).

Ivermectin is a valid tool, it's not the be all end all, but they do use it in ICU's. I do think it would work as a preventative, but that's because it's more related to what I studied in school, chemicals and my own self-education in biochem later on. China is giving interferon related antiviral covid-stopping inhalers to its citizens and using a normal vaccine (dead sars-cov-2) and they have much less trouble there than anywhere else. You're a pro in your field Yasha, maybe listen to the pros in other fields who like you are underdogs who shouldn't be!

I was lucky enough to go 3 shows (they were punk/hardcore shows so the limit of 500 was fine, there's nothing better than small clubs for that kind of music) in October.Also, I think the confinement was much less severe here (and this is where it was the most severe in al of Canada's provinces) than places like Cali, we don't have to wear masks outside for example and cops don't act like in Australia, even last year when the province was split in its regions in Tom Ridge colour codes, people who lived alone had the right to visit family or another person who lives alone even at its worse (Code Red). I think that people are now looking back at articles about oveflowing hospitals because of the flu in the past, in this prov, in 2012 and 2018, we had sealed floors in hospitals because of how bad influenza was and triage tents were outside hospitals because the triage rooms inside were not enough by far, it's only been like this once with covid, in march 2020. Puts things in perspective.

I don't really know what you mean when you say the Ukraine situation came out of nowhere; conflict in Ukraine has been pushed by the usual suspects essentially since the Hunter Biden scandal and the think tank warmongers have been all over
