Bio:
Mediate consist of singer Suzy Alexander and producer Ant Hickman. Their influence is drawn from the golden era of house and garage, the sublime melodies of r’n’b and contemporary popular songwriting. The result of this musical melding of minds, are accomplished, bold and distinctive songs.

Following their debut release ‘Harder’ on Star Slinger’s imprint JetJam, the duo have had successful releases on Love & Other with their singles ‘What You Do’ and ‘Everytime’. They have showcased remixes for Kayper on Eton Messy and most recently with an upbeat take on BB Diamond’s ‘Feeling’ on Warner. 

With regional support from BBC Introducing, their music has been widely acclaimed and they have received airplay from Pete Tong, Huw Stephens, Mista Jam, Target, BBC Radio 1/1Xtra and Kiss FM. They have graced the stages of Warehouse Project, Hideout Festival and with a residency at Canal Mills, have supported Disclosure, Gorgon City, Rudimental and Blonde to name a few.

Recently they pair have been crafting a body of new material that encapsulates vibrant sound palettes and other genres whilst continuing to incorporate their signature sound.
