I'm glad a little ACV in my diet is OK in moderation! 

I am a healthy woman with lots of energy. Regularly mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding.  I started taking 2 TBSP of ACV everyday because I was told it will keep the gut healthy and someother things, after 5 days I was very lethargic and very very dizzy.  I reseached taking it and there were sites that were saying you have to be careful with it just as MM is.  The vinegar had lowered my potassium levels way to low it was very scary.  Be careful with it.  I stopped it and won't due it again.  If I do it will be small amounts and not very often.
