Hello. It is very interesting what you say. I suffer Vitiligo since 2010, a year after I stopped eating meat. Anyways before changing my diet, I have suffered another "autoimmune" disease, mouth sores. For 29 years I had them, it was horrible and since I stopped eating meat, never again. I do not know what to do to improve my vitiligo....

If the person gets the alluminum out and starts a healthy diet, does the vitiligo actually disappears or just stop spreading?
