I have suffered with Lichen Sclerosus for Decades, as a teenager I had a lead pellet gun, while loading the gun I often use to store pellets in my mouth as I needed my hands. Will try see if this diet helps

I am 48, and for the first time in my life, had a flare up on my wrist, arm, and hand.  It was so painful and strange, my husband took me to the ER.  The Dr. had no clue, but said that it was auto immune or a virus.  His words, "Your body is attacking itself" I couldn't believe it.  It was as you have been saying!  My symptoms are very much like the Lichen Planus as you mentioned.  I cannot get into a dermatologist for a month and a half, so I am very thankful for this information Anthony.  I've been following Spirit's advice for over a year, and it has helped so much with my  major digestive  issues and muscular/joint issues as well.
