Waves on the Beach Meditation

When the saying “peeling back the layers of an onion” is used to describe a healing process of any kind, then it’s meaning is to get deeper and deeper into the core of what’s really causing the discomfort. When some form of healing modality is applied, it suggests the unraveling of layers of the person’s baggage in some way, shape or form, because layers of problems have grown and accumulated over time to cover so many other layers of problems, mostly referred to as emotional and mental health. When you peel back the layers of the onion, the problems peel back. When it comes to cleansing the body of toxins, the onion being peeled back all depends on how successful the cleanse really is.
