As a former US Army Special Forces operator, what I find most amazing is, that if you/anyone is out there having to survive in the wilderness, they can eat all the animals they want and they will still die of starvation, guaranteed. And that's if the parasites in the wild animals don't kill you first. However, since humans survive on CARBS, if that same person eats the wild vegetation they will live, and even thrive in that situation. THAT was all I ever needed to learn in the military to know that eating animals, was NOT necessary. And now, we see a ton of data coming out on how the animal protein is literally killing us. Now add in all the GMO and chemicals saturating the sky.

Would be nice to have some science behind this to explain why animal protein is not good, also animal protein contains 8 comple amino acids that you cant get anywhere els it seems. Also you saod brain is not made of fats in anothet podcasts but it is

Nearly everything toxic can end up at some point in time crossing the Blood Brain Barrier.
