So, does someone actually tried this advice and managed to heal and be free of their addiction for at least a few months? Anyone? Anyone?

Great information. I use Yoga Therapy for addictions with my clients and some food, but this information is given me deeper insights into the addictions.

What if somebody is well nourished and tried heroine or cocaine and get addicted It is not adrenaline or glucose related Right? They got addicted bc of dopamine rushed...I think I need more info on this.

What about someone who was able to get rid of diabetes 2. But whenever she eats fruit etc. blood sugar goes too high. Its been 5 years and Im worried about the keto fat and protein. She followed Dr Fung  I think he’s changing his protocol. She isnt
