 Medical is a Gambian Hip Hop recording artist within the West Coast Region, The Gambia. He signed to local independent record label HeartCold Records in 2012. This brought him to be in the same label as Grandiz Kroo a predominant clique.

Early in his career, Medi released a joint named “Block Star” (featuring Smoke Docta) on the internet. The above mentioned joint got into the ears of MAB “The last One”, Founder & CEO of HeartCold Records who then found hidden potential in Medi and decided to work with him. Sometime later, Medi released “Blow Your Mind” and “My Time – Freestyle” on the internet as promo tracks under HeartCold Records, to mark his presence in the arena and keep his followers updated. That released gained him a couple of additional fans, internet followers and a radio show. 

After the foregoing, he was advised to take his time to work on himself and his project in order to expand to other horizons where he has more chances to gain respect and consideration. Medical went unheard for quite a while doing what his does best and working hard. Now he has worked on a master piece that is supposed to be released in March 2014.
