Welcome To Prompted By Nature

A meditation for focus and energetic protection.  The meditation uses the sacred geometric symbol of the Merkaba (see main image) to create a field of energetic protection around the physical body.

My hope is that you use this meditation and visualisation to help protect your own energy when caring for others, engaging with the news and/or social media and to help to stay focused on your own path, the reason that you are here on this earth, right now.

What is the Merkaba?

Mer =Light
Ka = Spirit
Ba = Body

This is a symbol which connects the body and spirit by surrounding it with light.

It is also known that the word 'merkaba' is an ancient Hebrew word for 'chariot.'

The symbol itself is two tetrahedrons to create a six pointed 3-D star that rotate light and energy in opposite directions around each person's body.  It is said that each planet has a merkaba shielding it.

By calling on this layer, we can use it to help increase feeling of safety, focus and healing.
