संधिविग्रहयोस्तुल्यायां वृद्धौ संधिमुपेयात्।
Transliteration:
saṃdhivigrahayostulyāyāṃ vṛddhau saṃdhimupeyāt।
English Translation:
If there is an equal benefit in peace or war, he (the king) should choose peace.
