The shifts in this were fun! Very nice to eliminate most, if not all trace of effeminancy in the high parts too: straightforward, laser-like.

One of the few songs where I do make an effort to come across as a rather crazed and dramatic sounding soprano.
I suppose I could sing it modally... as in sing it straight from my chest voice and gliding up to head for those tricky 5th octave babies. Yet I can cram more expression singing it in the original key and at more or less the original pitch.
Luckily this is well within my range- modal (by that I mean non-falsetto) or not ;) Singing in this area has always come naturally and dexterously for me, so here goes. It is meant to top at soprano F5/ G5.
