With a Side of Funk

Fun Song to make! I recorded myself with a mic I made. It's stereo, powered by 3 AA's, has a 50kpot for adjustable gain, and uses a 3.5mm for the output. It's incased in a tapered 2x2x2 box made of mahogany and spruce. Great for laptop recording! I played didgeridoo and acoustic guitar into it from about 3 feet back. The song needs to be mastered, and i may add a dueling guitar solo in accompany with the bass. It was written to sell to shows or commercials.

A song I wrote for the Aspen Community School Play. Lyrics were provided, I just needed to come up with a simple song that has an easy melody. I had fun with the lead guitar part, just messin around, one take!

Tunnel Brats

I started playing bass in a band called The Starletts about a month ago. It's a Motown/soul group, 4 female singers, keyboard, bass, guitar, sax, and drums. This is a song we've play 3-4 times now, I'm digging it! This was recorded on my lap top using garage band.

Another song I recorded with garage band at The Starletts practice! We're sounding pretty good for only having played these songs 5-7 times! Having fun playing bass with these guys!
