This mix was made for a Restorative workshop that I did in LA with The Soul Spa and ELEV8 Workouts.  It begins with a delicious ambient pad to center yourself ... then moves though a few organic house tracks to move your body - starting to loosen stress and tension ... the next several tracks chill you out with music perfect for juicy smooth stretching ... you will gradually be carried into a space of peace and relaxation where you can finish off with a nice deep meditation.

This mix is energizing and vibey, so when you work out to it - it drives your workout.  Our Root connects our Energy Body to our Physicality ... and this music encourages movement that builds strength and stability.  This one can be used for all different types of workouts:  weights, dancing, Yoga, etc ... or perhaps you just want a good mix to clean your house too ... lol

This is a great mix for when you're working with your Sacral Chakra ... the chakra of sensuality, sexuality, Creative Flow and Connection to others.  The journey carries you on a perfect Bell Shape Curve with meditation book ends on either side.  Teachers can use this for class .... anyone can use this to ignite your movement and creative flow.

This is from my Ecstatic Dance (Ecstatic Church) set in Playa de Carmen, Mexico ... February 2024.  This was a super FUN set !!! 
It was a rainy day, but that didn't stop people from showing and dancing their booties off.  Mi amiga, Misty Tripoli did an incredible job connecting everyone with her beautiful guidance during the Open and Close.  Her vocals are not included in this mix.

This journey is super fun and surprising.  It's designed to ignite Self Expression.  I made this for my class at the beautiful Madarino Beach Club in Playa Del Carmen.  I will definitely be re-using it for other events as well.  Plenty of music to dance your bootie off in this one .... ENJOY!!!
