The song is part of our first concept-EP "Gateway to the Continent" which is about a journey through isolation and self-discovery. After an initial unsettling condition dominated by the fear of not belonging, the protagonist feels finally relieved thanks to his acceptance of this condition, and finds himself in a position of joy and tranquillity. Nostalgic arpeggiated melody lines meet an energetic bassline giving him a sudden breath of the longed experiences. But emotions are a double edge sword: lifeblood and a threat at the same time. The individual is flooded by these new feelings and gets lost again in a new form of incapability of communication. He knows the rules now, yet he can't understand why it can't be so smooth and logical. Echoes of hidden voices remind him of that first time feeling and deepen his internal fight. Having recognized the impossibility of long lasting wonder, he longs for reconciliation and acceptance.

In this setting, two former colleagues find themselves having to share a small flat for a couple of months. In this crucial time of their lives, they discover a shared and profound passion for electronic music. With just a laptop and a midi keyboard in the limited space, they begin a creative journey. Violins, piano keys, deep basslines and syncopated rhythms merge into an awareness of growth, of solitude, of love lost and reencountered. Meet Once Again is born.
