Which PMD song is this inspired by if I may ask

I've never played PMD or heard any of its music but somehow I still knew this was based on it, maybe because of some of the other IF tracks

I watched the video when it premiered and cried because of Sans' face at the end smiling at Frisk. I think that is the happiest face that i've seen Sans have and it's so wholesome.
