This file is designed as a subliminal bombardment loop. The themes are wholesome enough, so there is no need for a warning, other than it may prove addictive to listen as it encourages listening on repeat. You can listen to it at a low volume while sleeping or doing simple tasks that don't require too much focus for a more passive experience and subconscious programming. Or you may also listen to it at a louder volume for a more intense mind-melting experience.

This is a general obedience enforcement training file. It has no references to myself, and is gender neutral. As such, it can be used by dominants or personally for training purposes. It is designed to make the listener feel more obedient, submissive, and more susceptible to hypnosis. It has several layers of subliminals and suggestions, some more obvious than others. A transcript of all the voice tracks is available upon request.

As with any hypnosis file, do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery. Headphones are required for full effect. Listen responsibly, and enjoy!

8 hours of relaxing ocean sounds for a great nights sleep! And when you are at your deepest, that familiar voice emerges from your dreams, to help you learn your basic triggers and become a good girl. (I would really love feedback on this one, so I can improve future episodes)

How to listen:
This file should be listened to at a low volume on speakers to facilitate a good night’s sleep. There is no need to think or focus, just put it on and go to sleep.

What it is:
A long white noise file, with the foundational (and least dangerous) initial Bambi Sleepo conditioning files, and no sound effects to startle you into waking up. The file is structured to be listened to as a white noise sleep file. At 90 minutes the drone is introduced, and slowly over 5 minutes or so, builds up to match the volume of the ocean sounds, and then the isolated voices of the initial conditioning files begins. This ebb and flow continues for 8 hours, targeting the average REM cycle. 

If you are not an “average sleeper” this file may not work for you.
