The title is actually a pun of Sampling Masters MEGA's "Rotterdam Nation", which is the reason why the speed-up near the end of the song.

I want to make a music that is reminiscent of the Mid-90's Bubblegum Dance. Took inspirations from VENGABOYS and Solid Base since they have that typical bassline that I love.
