The Language of Life: Body, Heart, Nature etc is far more advanced than man made language, and therefore, to be understood must be listened to with a different quality than that which we are accustomed to engaging when listening to a man made conversation.   

This meditation is a deep surrender to begin the process of allowing the genius of our bodies, in symphony with the particles of life, to gift us instructions, taking us deeper into our Selves.  

This meditation will enable you to process and digest any informations being held in your body-mind, which could be disturbing your optimal flow of energies.  

To do this, lie on your back or sit up, whatever position you can find the deepest relax within.    Play the audio, but allow your mind to relax, not holding on to anything said.
