a bit of backstory behind this one, this song was originally made for a one-shot being made by a friend of mine (a rematch between red and green from vs. impostor) but they decided they wanted to bring someone else on for the project instead, so i finished up this version of the song and now im releasing it as just a standalone thing
prob the most glaring thing about this song is how different it is from vs impostor, which is intentional, the art style for the song back when it was being made for the one-shot was pretty different from the main week stuff from vs. impostor so i tried to make the song different in that way as well (most notably through regular chromatics as opposed to the typical impostor chromatic used in the mod) and once it became its own thing i kinda just ran with that
tbh im pretty happy with this one, i wouldnt call it my best work but i had a lot of fun with it and i think i nailed the vibe i wanted for it so i'd say im pretty proud of it c:

So, yeah.. My first mix ever. (Well, actually my second mix ever, but the first one, [Linkin Park vs Kanye West "Stronger - In The End"], was something that I honestly don't consider up to quality standards, since it just consisted on literally putting two vocal songs together with little to no editing).

Just like future mashups I'm going to be posting here, this was conceived by me one day humming these melodies in my head, and realizing they could go together.
It helps that they're both in the same speed and key, which saved me a lot of time on editing, so all I had to do was cut and paste each part of each song where it could fit with the other, if it didn't already. (In fact now that I realize, that was probably the hardest part of the mashup lol). Enjoy!
