Living through crazy, challenging times it can be difficult to see the light ahead. This release galvanises listeners to adopt a positive outlook and look forward to the reunions and celebrations awaiting us.  Inspired by a voice message during lockdown from Italian producer, Ka:Lu, who spoke of travelling with a loved group of nomadic friends, Thommie G transformed the message into an uplifting track. Embellished by the deeper and driving piece, Mentalist, with its intricate guitar melodies and superb remixes, this EP represents the yin and the yang of uplifting times that are grounded in deeper meaning and love.

"It was last year that I got introduced to fox. I was on my way to Burning Man and the travel from Amsterdam had been so exhausting that I had fallen asleep somewhere between San Francisco and Reno while my friend, Steven, was driving. 

I woke up to the first track of Lost in the Forest. It was an edit of the amazing track by Lucilla Galeazzi called Sogna Fiore Mio. It was such a sensual start to a set that I was instantly intrigued by the artist.

Now a little less than a year later, we have the incredible honour to post his mix for The Gardens of Babylon. This time we don't get lost in the forest, but inside our very own Gardens.

So much can happen in only one year...."

Since 2012, under the name "Herhangi", Adem Kurt has been producing and giving live performances by capturing emotional depth sounds. Based in Istanbul and Tokyo, Adem also works as a music director which gives him access to create instances of creation/alteration/cancellation in a multi-disciplinary art.
