Representing the up and coming release is none other than the legendary producer known as Kromestar.

 'Another Day' hears what Kromestar is all about when he takes his production deep (pun intended).
This is the perfect representation of the sound of the series and a production with bags of swagger.
Precisely arranged beats shuffle and dance around the track while swirling pads surround the presentation that sounds like they were made in a space-age far from this earth.
On the lower end of the frequency spectrum, Kromestar displays his wizard-like bass production skills that hold warmth and finesse of the highest order.

 The series has featured some of the best free-thinking Dubstep producers to emerge and contribute to the scene in the past decade, as well as showcasing a lot of music released through the Deep Heads imprint over the label's history.

 At Deep Heads, we have always believed the Dubstep scene to be a movement of music that pushes musical boundaries and that prioritises substance over hype. Melodies, bass, and good production are at the heart of the sound and a genre we believe passionately in. This is our interpretation of the music and hope it resonates with you.

 Geode, Congi, Biome, Synkro, James Blake, Submotion Orchestra, Phaeleh & Commodo have all contributed music to the infamous series and this next volume also delivers a weighty lineup.

Next up at In:flux Audio we welcome Panix for his debut EP on the label, bringing that old school flavour on his 'Who You Are EP'. Panix brings two original tracks here, first on a solo flex for his track 'One Moment', showcasing that pure Panix steppa vibe that has been a constant love of ours throughout his previous outings on the label. The second track sees him step up with In:flux Audio regular Dunman in the form of title track 'Who You Are'. This is more a wobbly affair but just as brilliant, showcasing a fine balance between the two producers styles.

Remix duty falls to our founders Tik&Borrow and our breaks king Ekula. Tik&Borrow get to reworking 'One Moment', taking the original string work and layering it over a grime-esque beat to accompany a rowdy bassline that will definitely get those subwoofers wobblin. Meanwhile Ekula reworks the title track, upping the wubs and inputting some well placed breakbeats to help make it an unmistakable Ekula jam.

We’ve been working on FKOFv005 for what feels like years. It started as a solo outing for one of our longest-serving FKOF fam members, it then morphed into a b2b remix release, it then went back to somewhere in-between...
