West Coast Singer-Songwriter, Josh "Jawsh" Anderson, originally grew up in the artist enclave of Santa Cruz, California.  He moved to Seattle in 2007, after earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business, and after performing briefly both in Nashville and on the West Coast Singer-Songwriter circuit.  Jawsh's music is inspired by a long tradition of talented Singer-Songwriters ranging from classic artists like Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens and Van Morrison to more contemporary artists like Jeff Tweedy, Trampled By Turtles and Lucinda Williams. He released two solo albums, "Fork in the Road" (2001) and "Sketches" (2007)(both albums available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/jawsh)  In addition to his own songs, Jawsh also enjoyed performing songs by his late father, John Anderson, who was a very gifted and talented Singer-Songwriter in his own right. More recently, Jawsh teamed up with his childhood friends, guitarist Ian Rydquist and drummer Rodney Trujillo, and.formed the eclectic and highly talented Santa Cruz rock band ORANGEGOOSE., they released the EP "Wanderer" in 2015( available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/orangegoose).  Josh "Jawsh" Anderson passed away on March 8th 2016.  We miss you Jawsh.
