“High 4 U” is the first release by Gabe Lopez after finally breaking free from his major label deal. The cinematic queer bop was written, produced, and performed 100% by the artist. His recent work includes a 2023 Emmy nomination for his music mix work on RuPaul’s Drag Race, as well as co-writing and co-producing the new theme song to the worldwide phenomenon Dora The Explorer - which resulted in his TikTok going viral.  His album God Bless The Queens debuted in the Top 100 New Releases on iTunes. His music has been synced with several TV and film productions including Comedy Central’s The Other Two, Monster High, and Love Victor. He’s toured the world opening for pop icon Belinda Carlisle, who features on his single “California Blues,” which receives radio airplay from Sirius XM Radio and iHeart Radio, among his other recent releases. The latest single “High 4 U” marks Gabe Lopez' first foray into a new era of commercial and creative freedom, coloring outside the lines of bold indie pop art.
