• Education: They come to us for training and so we educate them. We give them the insights which are not just the data but the interpretation and application of it.
• Experience: It shouldn't flow in just one direction. People want to experience it and you have to make sure that they immerse in it so that it creates feelings inside of them. This is how you retain them.
• Execution: It should be executable. They should be able to apply it. Give them a step-by-step action plan.

If we build their feelings and give them the insights, they assimilate and identify with it. When you educate them, and give them the execution plan, you're giving them the clarity. Finally, when we create the experience and education, passion sparks inside of them.

Ultimately, when you get everything right, you end up with creating Transformation.

TES 091 - How to Create a Training that Transforms

In this episode, #1 Bestselling Author and Highly Acclaimed business & Entrepreneur Expert, Mel Abraham, teaches you how you can get your market to message right by building a bridge between the two.

If you want to build an audience or a following, you need to be able to spread the right message to the right ears at the right time in the right way. If you do not get it right, your message gets lost and no one sees it. Nobody is there for your content and you end up with no sales. But if you get the market and the message right, there is clarity. Once they have it, your message becomes music to their ears and deals end up getting done.

The 3 principles that you need to know:

1. They need to feel understood. You have walked in their shoes or understand what it’s like.
2. They need to see a path. That you can take them from point A to point B.
3. Transformation drives value. Articulate the transformation that they get.

The Market/Message Bridge

This framework allows you to articulate the value, transformation, messaging, and empathy. It’s about (1) being able to articulate the frustration, (2) giving them hope and (3) speak to their aspirations.

There are 6 levels or hot buttons to this process:

1. Emotion: What are they feeling? Articulate their frustrations, fears, anger, angst, and anxiety at the base level. 
2. Existence: It’s their current reality. What is really going on? Appeal to their struggles.
3. Empathy: Understanding them from their position. What did you do when you were in their place?
4. Evidence: They need to see the solution in you. Move them from frustration to hope.
5. Envision: It’s about giving them a foretelling of the future. Say how you figured it out.
6. Evolution: Attach to the desires. What are they feeling now and what new feelings come to light?

As risk mitigators, entrepreneurs must weigh the risks before moving forward. If you do not get it right, you are living a dual life, there is no joy in earning, and you find yourself in no or low cash flow. If you get it right, you feel like you are in flow, you are monetizing your passion, and you find freedom and cash flow.

The 3 key principles you should understand:

1. Committed vs reckless. There's a difference between being committed and being reckless.
2. Plan and test. Put strategies in place and get feedback.
3. Set your scale threshold. Not everyone has the same transition point.

The Entrepreneur Transition Formula

• Preparation: It is about your thinking. Clarify what you are passionate about but passion itself isn't enough. You must create value in other people's lives with your passion. Also, interview the people you want to serve and know about the things that they are looking for.
• Evaluation: It is about analyzing. Plan your idea and how the journey looks like. Do micro-launches, test, get feedback and tweak it as needed. Finally, assess everything so you can move forward.
• Execution: It is about doing. Look at the financial viability and see whether it's a viable commercial option. Understand who do you need to make it happen and form a team over time. Decide on your scale threshold. It’s the tipping point where you believe that you can make money at it, scale it if you dedicate more time on it, and it will allow you to fulfill your dreams and live your aspirations.

Get preparation and evaluation correct and you will find some comfort in the process. When you get evaluation and execution correct, you get clarity. Through evaluation and execution, we are living our calling. Transition is built on all of this.

TES 093 - How to Go from Job to Entrepreneur

As visual learners, we learn with pictures and frameworks. They are the key to inspire understanding and results.

If we don't get it right, your marketplace will be lost in complexity and confusion, there's no understanding and what really happens is that there is no progress. When we get it right, the mess becomes simple, your audience sees themselves in there and it gives them path to results. It's how they take their first step.

The 3 things that you need to know:
1. Geometry is real. There's basically squares, circles and triangles.
2. Emotions are imbedded. Your audience identifies with the fears, frustrations, aspirations, and dreams.
3. Choreography gives it life. The syntax and process to unpack it will move them.

The Framework Formula

Here are the 4 common elements that all frameworks will have:
1. Geometry: Squares, circles and triangles are pushed together. The shapes have different meanings attached but we must realize that every framework has geometry and it needs to be really thought out.
2. Content: Content needs to be meaningful. They are the points that start to bring things home and allow for that movement. 
3. Emotion: Think about what emotions you are trying to bring out. Think about their fears, frustrations, aspirations, dreams and how you will instill certainty in them.
4. Choreography: It's about the steps that you are going to use to reveal the whole thing. An emotional dance of understanding to bring simplicity to complexity.

There are 6 types of frameworks:

1. Value framework: Present levels of value so that your market can identify where they are, the challenges that exists and where they want to go. It gets them to have that desire or emotion.
2. What framework: It's about teaching someone a set of principles. Most of the times they are in the form of matrices.
3. Process framework: With process frameworks, you are sharing the steps and what needs to be done.
4. If framework: It's evolutionary. It talks about "If we do these things, we will evolve to this level".
5. Urgency framework: It's a model that creates a need to do something now. It's to move them by giving them the consideration of inaction.
6. Genius framework: You combine several frameworks into one. It includes a multitude of things that grasps everything.
