Phuong – Dan has been a resident at Hamburg’s Golden Pudel club for nearly two decades – it has become a space synonymous with off piste and leftfield dance music acting as a home for exploratory DJ’s to broaden the expectations of dancers.

Phuong – Dan has been a pivotal part of the evolution of the club, hosting his party Gatto Musculoso since 2006.

As a DJ his sound is diverse, drawing upon a wild array of influences and nuances as he seeks to create abstract experiences through music.

Working on a project by project basis, with a particular focus on artistic integrity, Phuong – Dan has become one of the most interesting artists working in this space. As the founder of dispari, a multi disciplinary record label and platform he has released music and works by the likes of Gavsborg, Cloud Management, Anatolian Weapons, Hector Zazou, Laurie Anderson, Florian Bräunlich and Sven-Åke Johansson.

This mixtape is a wild trip, spanning a variety of sounds.

Adam McCoy is a Naarm / Melbourne based live performer + DJ with an ultra refined sound. His inaugural EP ‘Serenity In The Woods’ released on Analogue Attic, 2018 captured the labels signature sound of field recordings, organic drum grooves and deep pads with elements of jazz. In this mix that zone is expanded upon. A perfectly executed exploration of ambient spaces and dance music rhythms spread over a two hour session that’s sure to take you somewhere fantastic. For lovers of deep-ambient-techno, feathery jungle and slightly sinister dub wise vibrations. Keep an ear out for his next EP on Analogue Attic coming soon!

Formed in Berlin in 2016 by six friends, Patterns of Perception is dedicated to cultivating compelling, visionary electronic music through their residencies at OHM Berlin and ://about.blank, in parallel with their long-running and influential mix series and zine.

This mix is a collaborative effort, with track selections from all six members of the crew: Kim Bergstrand, Bianca Shu, Steve Duncan, Zilke Grogan, Ray Pham, and Andreas Maan. Among the wide variety of artists represented, a couple of friends and collaborators can be heard: Aleksi Perälä and natural/electronic.system, however the majority of the music is drawn from other times and places. In putting the jigsaw puzzle together as a mix, Andreas Maan tried to allow the selections themselves to guide the way, and the result is a meandering journey: a subtle, glimmering collage punctuated by rising and then dissipating tensional layers.
