Apparel Music is stoked to drop the second EP by Ghosten, and trust, this Danish producer ain’t playin’. This new record, droppin' on November 1, 2024, is all the proof you need that Ghosten’s got that serious talent and creative juice. The EP’s got three amazing tracks, and the lead single “Believe!” -out the 18th of October 2024- already set the vibe right. Now that we’re on this second chapter with Ghosten on AM, we can see the man ain’t about to sit back and coast. He is not here to just ride on past successes or walk the same old path. Ghosten’s out to keep pushing the envelope, throwing down challenges for his listeners with “Believe!” The sound he’s bringing to the table hits you with those nostalgic vibes from the golden days of late '90s Norwegian House, and more broadly, that Scandinavian House flavour. It's packed with rich harmonic breaths, solid, assertive rhythms that pull you straight back to the dance floor, to the heart of the club scene. “Life Is A Multiplayer Game” kicks off the EP with a deep, groove-heavy vibe. It’s like Ghosten’s takin’ you on a journey through a world where life’s a game, and the beat’s the only guide you need. The layers of rhythm and melody intertwine, creating a rich soundscape that’s as complex as life itself—just like in a multiplayer game where you never know what’s coming next. “Love Might” is all about that sensual, late-night energy. Ghosten dials it down just a notch, giving space for the groove to breathe and evolve. This track is soaked in emotional depth, with lush chords and a rolling bassline that feels like it’s pulling you into a warm embrace. Finally, the title track, “Believe!”, rounds off the EP with an anthemic energy that’s undeniable. This one’s got that classic House vibe, with driving rhythms and uplifting harmonies. Curitiba-raised, Milan-based Bárbara Boeing is back with Memoir EP, her second release on Toy Tonics.

After many years of digging for dance floor gems and fine-tuning her ear, Bárbara arrived at a point where she felt ready and inspired to make her own music, dropping her debut Brasiliana on Toy Tonics in 2023 - a collection of tracks that did not seek cohesion between themselves but rather aimed to reflect the breadth of sounds and genres that make their way into her DJ sets.

Since then, Bárbara has continued her journey from highly respected selector to music producer and now returns with 4 brand-new colorful and uplifting tracks. This time Bárbara took to the studio to collaborate on two EP tracks with Stump Valley and also reunited with Sam Ruffillo (both of Toy Tonics). The result is a 4 track EP that combines a mixture of 80s and early 90s music with genres that she usually brings in her sets as well as some diverse influences picked up while she was touring in Asia. 

17 years into honing her craft, Bárbara's highly acclaimed DJ sets are always peppered with music from her homeland and across Latin America, and span everything from Balearic, Proto and Italo House, Synth pop, Disco, Zouk, Kwaito and more. 2024 will see Bárbara play at diverse festivals such as Gop Tun and Lost Village as well as make her North America debut, while in recent years she's appeared on the bill at some of dance music's best festivals, such as Polifonic, Melt, Kala, Nuits Sonores, Time Warp, Listen, Lente Kabinet, Dekmantel Selectors and Dekmantel in São Paulo. 

This year she will also be launching her own party, Bárbara Boeing Convida (which means "invites"). As the name suggests, Convida will see her inviting artists she admires to play alongside her in different places around the world with editions already confirmed in cities including Paris, London and Milan. "I just love to bring my music to people," she said. "Showing people music is the thing that makes me the happiest.

Ralph Rodriguez, aka Ralph Session, is a New York City DJ and producer whose blend of New York and Chicago house style has gained support over the years from the likes of Jimpster, Mr. V, Cinthie, Oliver Dollar, Laurent Garnier and many more.

2024 has already been a big year for Ralph seeing him release on a dreamy line up of House labels. Highlights include Local Talk, Freerange with Juliet Mendoza, Quintessentials and now it's time to join the SlothBoogie crew for the Late Night Madness EP.

The EP starts off with Madness… a moody late night burner unveiling this release dedicated to classic house sounds. Deep chords and driving percussion swirl and build into a G-funk breakdown and bubbling synth tones.

You Are Here keeps the twilight vibes going and takes us on a seductive trip with chopped up jazzy loops, crackling drums and hushed vocals. A perfect love letter to the haze of the afters.

Finally on Against The Clock Ralph ratchets up the energy and heads for the peak time with powerful piano stabs and a strutting bassline guaranteed to make you move.

A Life dedicated to music. Beautifully talented Melchior Sultana, Born in Malta, Is a composer and multi instrumentalist. Growing up in an atmosphere of rich traditions, culture and arts in the middle of the Mediterranean can deeply sculpt a spirit. Melchior Sultana represents music as an art with no boundaries.

Everything started by understanding the various forms of sound. This interest in "sounds" gradually led to experience, study, knowledge and to an ongoing evolution of an artist. His experiences and knowledge through out his musical career led to the believe that music is a form of art that needs to remain pure. this means that music and art in general should reflect one's true inner voice and artistic execution and not be infected by non-artistic entities. This philosophy was carried out and is being practiced through out his music.

As a multi instrumentalist playing Guitar, Piano and Bass, Melchior Sultana is involved in various projects from classical to contemporary to Live band and electronic music productions. Melchior Sultana performed live at some of the most prestigious places from Cafe Del Mar in Malta to Panorama Bar, Berghain, IPSE in Berlin, Tresor and Rex Club Paris. Previous works show the wide musical vocabulary of this artist and his open mentality approach to music.
