Earth frequency 136.1 hz

The Mid Ohm Tuning Fork helps reduce swelling and inflammation; at 136.1 hz, it is in the frequency range (50-150 hz) that is shown to help build and strengthen bone.

Earth frequency used most often is 136.1 Hz which is known as the Earth Year. If you measured the vibration created by the Earth revolves around the sun, it would be 136.1 hz. This frequency is described as  "relaxing, soothing, balancing".

136.1 Hz is the frequency associated with the sacred syllable Aum or Om. This very spiritual frequency has a powerful relaxing, centering, and meditative effect. 136.1 Hz promotes balance, light, warmth, love, and joy. It’s extremely effective for stress, anxiety, and restlessnes, grounding and immune system.
