Relax and heal as a fountain of white light flows up from the earth. This light will bring you feelings of grounding, strength, and calm. It will also bring deep healing into your body.

Meditation: The Fountain of Healing Light (9 minutes)

In this discussion, we will dive deep into the fear of failure. I talk about my own personal experiences with it (which are happening right now), what happened when I experienced intense failure in the past, and some of the tips and tools that will help you to move forward, even if the fear is still present. I discuss some of the books that have helped me, as well as the therapy tool I use on a regular basis.

Do you ever wakeup feeling like you know exactly how the day will go, and that today is going to be exactly like yesterday, and the day before, and the day before and so on? Do you feel frustrated or even depressed because it seems as if nothing is changing in your life? Do you just feel STUCK in a rut and you cannot crawl out of it, no matter how hard you try? Whenever I get stuck in the feelings that nothing is changing and nothing is happening I lose all sense of hope and optimism. I keep falling further and further backwards until I start to genuinely believe THIS IS IT. Thankfully, this is not "it", no matter how you're feeling, and today we're going to dive right into getting you unstuck! We're going to first have a 15 minute discussion on setting your mind free and opening back up to potential and possibility. We're going to do this from a spiritual AND a science-based perspective. And then we're going to do a 13 minute guided meditation that will help you to feel rejuvenated, connected to your natural sense of movement and change, and to the lightness that is on the opposite side of these feelings.
