Melizards - November 2024

Melizards dove headlong into the underbelly of the internet’s music archives since
sharing mixes on MySpace in 2008. Both erratic and distinct, she playfully weaves
through 70s - early 2000s synth punk, experimental cassettes, cosmic disco, janky
house, electro, new beat, garage rock, B-side psychedelia, Et al. She started her
nonsense in NYC and moved on to reside in the gutters of Berlin, where she most often
plays this lofi hodgepodge at Sameheads, O Tannenbaum and (the now defunct)
Loophole.

Recorded live at ZMAR—a Czech outsider music festival located in a remote stone
quarry.
