✔️ What are your musical Influences?

Over the last 10 years I have tried out a lot of different things musically. I played in bands for a while (guitar, bass and vocals), produced techno, hip hop and ambient and above all I paid a lot of attention to my own indie and folk songs. Electronic influences have always played a big role.

✔️ What makes a good Afterhour?

For me, a good afterhour is a soft landing. Taking people by the hand and creating the possibility to give them a place where they can slowly come to rest.

✔️ Thoughts about the set and the event you played?

The set was an attempt to combine two sides that I love about dancing in one hour. Both the exuberant bouncing and the dreamy swaying with closed eyes. 
The gig was my most intense performance so far. I always feel the atmosphere and the faces of the people when I hear this set. It was really indescribably beautiful.

Unerwarteterweise können wir mal wieder ein Gig-Recording von uns mit euch teilen… 

Klein aber fein, an einem wunderschönen Ort, durften wir mit fantastischen anderen Künstler*innen die Gäste des Narrenmondfestes am 9. Februar bespielen. 

Wir wussten nicht was wir spielen würden, wussten nicht ob und wie der eigene und gemeinsame Flow entstehen würde - aber irgendwie floss es einfach und wir spielten, so finden wir, ein Narrenmondfest-würdiges Set, was zudem unserem eigenen Anspruch an Harmonie und Sinnhaftigkeit ausreichend entspricht um es mit euch allen hier zu teilen. 

Danke fürs spontane mastern lieber Bisu.
Merci für die liebe Einladung an eure Sause, die ihr so hingebungsvoll dekoriert habt liebe Narrrenmöndler.

Richtung Feld

Die Sonne scheint mit voller Wucht auf das Dach und durch die Autofenster. Es sind bestimmt 30 Grad Celsius im Schatten, mindestens... 
Ich befinde mich auf der Rückbank eines dunkelblauen Seat Ibiza. Das Auto ist voll bis auf den letzten Platz. Hinten sitzt sogar einer mehr als vorgesehen. Manchmal ist so ein Vergehen die günstigste Option, man will denn Tag ja sinnvoll nutzen. 
Wir brausen mit rund hundert Sachen über die Landstraßen und durch die Dörfer unserer Gemeinde. Ab Mittag bis in den späten Nachmittag hinein, haben wir unsere Zeit am See verbracht. Genauer gesagt an unserem persönlichen Crew-Sommer-Hotspot, für die heißen Tage im Jahr.
Ich schaue aus dem Fenster und genieße den Anblick der Alleen und das Rot der Abendsonne. Mit meiner Hand taste ich zu meiner rechten und umschließe entschlossen ihre Finger. Es fühlt sich gut an sie neben mir zu spüren, sie an meiner Seite zu wissen. Ich genieße ihre Nähe, drücke sanft ihre Hand und flüstere ihr einige liebevolle Worte ins Ohr. Sie gibt mir einen Kuss und bettet ihren Kopf an meine Schulter.
Ein plötzlicher Ruck reißt mich ein wenig aus der gefühlten Zweisamkeit. Ich realisiere schlagartig das wir unser Ziel erreicht haben. Unser Fahrer kommentiert: Willkommen im Feld Freunde, willkommen Zuhaus.

Ich öffne die Autotür und betrete leichtfüßig den Schotterweg. Ich Strecke mich einmal ordentlich durch und schon vernehme ich den Geruch von Freiheit in meiner Nase.
Wo könnte man besser einen langen und erfüllten Sommertag ausklingen lassen, wenn nicht im Feld?

DJ Feldweg ist ein Macher und Kenner mit einem vorzüglichen Geschmack. In seinem Set für KataHaifisch gibt er sich Facettenreich, doch wer aufmerksam hinhört, erkennt die Gemeinsamkeiten der Songs und Musikstücke. 
Gemeinschaftlich-musikalische Vibes gibt es für DJ Feldweg neben den Auftritten vor Publikum, auch inmitten des mittelhessischen Kollektivs Spulenigel. Gemeinsam, mit vielen unterschiedlichen Gesichtern, Meinungen und Charakteren, spaßt es doch am meisten.
