Mellow Diem was founded in April 2012 in Mainz (next to Frankfurt) Germany. On our quest for happiness and meaning we got lost and founded a band instead. In our lyrics we euphemistically interact with today's Zeitgeist, without losing faith in an optimistic approach to life. Our music is a mixture of mainly, however not exclusively, rock and pop. We're an ensemble of 6 musicians/artists all aged between 21 and 27. Every Mellow Man is included in the composing process as well as the song writing. Mellow Diem is more than just a band name: it a a request and a slogan! As everyone is getting more and more wound up in stress and haste, Mellow Diem is supposed to remind us to keep it Mellow. So yeah, keep it mellow.
