Surrendering to the Unknown is another journey where you are here living the moment unknowing of what is going to happen the next minute. You have nothing planned nor expectations. 
You just feel that heyyyyy there is something good coming my way ,lets just chill, open our arms wide and embrace the beauty of such magnificent happenings.

A man of many talents, who has travelled the world collecting reams of natural sounds to stretch to infinity using his enviable knowledge of samplers and finely tuned production techniques.  He has distilled his life experiences and wisdom into the narrative of his musical creations, like a sonic-wave based diary of inspired frequencies from beyond this realm.

Since the early nineties when Angus was gifted a case of potent music on DAT, his life has been all about sharing, playing, living and breathing psychedelic music and art in all its forms.  It is this passion, drawn from a deep playful curiosity for the unknown, that has resulted in his signature sound. 

Paying homage to the history of the genre, yet maintaining a cutting edge current UK Psychedelic vibe, his deep melodies weave an intricate tapestry of sonic interest in this breakthrough album.  Daring arrangements that challenge the norm and bass as big as it gets rumbles beneath acid drenched grooves, oozing with the intensity of a truly passionate artist determined to create something remarkable. 

After a string of highly acclaimed EP releases and collaborations on Nano Records with the likes of Tristan, Pogo, Braincell and many more, Mandala has spent the last two years solidly locked in the studio creating this masterpiece of a debut album. A series of heavy-weight remixes for two of the biggest tunes of Faruk Sabanci making, ‘Awaken’ ft. Cami and ‘Wake Up’ ft. Josie. AVA Recordings welcomes 5 new talents on remix duties.

Known for his outstanding melodic touch, throbbing bass and perfect vocal fusion, Faruk Sabanci faces a bright future. But this time, it was up to the talents of other producers to show their worth.
‘Awaken’, the warm and emotional tune that came out a few months ago, now sees brand new translations by several talents. Polish producer Matt Bukovski does what he does best; redefining the tune with a steamy hot prog-trance sound. DJ Tarkan & V-Sag kept their focus on deep, proggy bass, while Zetandel pitched things down and brought out a classy Chill-Out interpretation.

‘Wake Up’, carrying the strong voice of Josie, was given a remix treatment by Mike Danis. The Hungarian talent brings out a full-blasting trance mix with a solid break. Sezer Uysal & Shingo Nakamura might be two names quite hard to remember, but we assure you that their remix for ‘Wake Up’ isn’t. A deep, pounding bass and proggy vibe is all it takes for their remix to hit right in where needed.
