I recorded this set at my last gig at the old location of the infamous @distillery-leipzig - a club close to my heart since this is one of the places where I learned how to rave. The Distillery is the oldest clubs in eastern Germany. Playing there is always so much fun for me - I love the crowd and the sound and the vibe and I was happy to get the opportunity to wave goodbye to the old location at the easter weekend. I'm looking forward to checking out the new location soon(-ish).

Mila Stern - Distillery Ostern 2023 24 Stunden Wohnzimmer

Gently but firmly she pushes us forward. Little kicks in the back side towards happiness get us dancing on our toes until we want to cry out: “Whaaat?!”
Mila was musically raised in youth centres & squats, ripened in Tel Aviv to finally graduate to the best clubs that Germany offers. She prefers a course around 122,4 bpm, sliding through with some shorter and occasionally with longer transitions. Preferably well-rested. But even crumpled, she has surprised us with utter superiority!

What an honor to play the very last set at Fusion Festival at Panne Eichel Bachstelzen. I have so many amazing memories and i am so grateful for every second we shared together. I think it was the most challenging set i played i wanted to make it special and perfect and i put a lot of pressure on myself. doesn't need to be perfect but it should be fun and it comes from the heart!

When we heard that we were to play the opening set on Wiese main floor at Nation of Gondwana 2023 (the 29th issue of this mainstay of Open Air culture, btw) we were unsure what to make of it. Surprisingly it worked out quite well. Hugz to our steadfast fanbase still turning up in numbers after 22 years!
