Rolbac kicks off the new Artefakt series on Senso with his Noisy Thoughts EP.
The Lebanese artist has become a central force in the Middle East and beyond,
merging his musical upbringing with his own sonic footprint. The series focuses on
tracks with a more atmospheric vibe, and Rolbac understood the assignment.
The title track is an epic soundscape that ebbs and flows through big build ups
and drops, creating a rich, grooving vibe throughout. The Waltervelt remix adds
a more driving, trippy edge, bringing the hypnotic elements to the fore. The final
track - He Never Married, builds from a powerful groove, adding layers and layers
of percussion, synth touches and a monumental build-up and drop.

Turning up with their debut transmission for Stil vor Talent, power outfit Anturage & Alexey Union clock in with heavy punching double-trouble. Full to the brim with raging EBM bursts and unrelenting arp-laden machine funk, 'Engage' is not one for the faint of heart.

An ebullient showoff of muscular big-room engineerings and in-your-face rhythmic assault, 'Engage' lets hell loose through a hail of puncturing kicks and sharp-as-a-dagger synth stabs moving against tide after tide of dance floor-submerging bass maneuvers. A few months ago, we launched a remix contest for Franz Matthews’ track ‘Zero Gravity’ on Label Radar, and the response was nothing short of phenomenal. With over 30 submissions pouring in from around the world, several remixes were really standing out, making it hard to pick a winner. While we crowned Rezonite as the official winner -featured on our last release- , we couldn’t ignore and not support the outstanding talent and hard work of four runner-ups. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome the brilliant reinterpretations of Elemental, Nikmind, Peter P, and You Liang to HIFI/LOFI!

Originally from Mexico City and now based in Playa del Carmen, Emiliano Perez (aka Peter P) is a staple at the iconic Electrica and Danza Futurista parties. With just 3 years of production experience, he kicks off the remix package with an electrifying Indie Dance belter, packed with playful synth escapades.

Hailing from Tokyo, You Liang, transforms ‘Zero Gravity’ into an irresistibly groovy Tech-House weapon. With a background in acapella as a tenor, they developed a sharp ear for harmony and structure, seamlessly transitioning into DJing and electronic music production. Their unique style blends genres fluidly, earning them sets in major clubs across Japan and Korea.

A veteran of the Washington DC Electronic scene, Elemental has been spinning house, progressive, and breaks since the late '90s. After a hiatus, he reignited his passion during the pandemic, transitioning into production, and here channeling his diverse influences into a remix that takes ‘Zero Gravity’ on a hypnotic journey through Progressive Trance, Acid House and Indie Dance.

Closing the EP with a deep, rolling, and hypnotic take, Nikmind brings his signature darker and progressive sound to the release. Born in Colombia and now based in the U.S., he already boasts an impressive catalog on labels like ICONYC Noir, Frequent, and Side Up Works. He also holds the title of Best DJ of the Year (2018) at STORYLAND Music Festival, and rounds up this EP gracefully with his thrilling reinterpretation.
