Jean Claude Ades kick starts the summer season on his Be Crazy Music imprint with a brand new two track release entitled “Appassionata / Ordinary Day”. The Ibiza based dj and producer is world renowned for his unique style of deep tech-house music and his strong connection to the dancefloor. Both tracks stay true to Jean Claude’s winning formula with infectious percussive elements, warm basslines and truly blissful musical sections. 

Starting off with the sleek and driving “Appassionata” composition. An indulging arpeggiated, moog-ish pattern builds the base for some magical layers of strings and keys! A precise kick drum and craft fully compressed low frequencies keep things moving below.

Jean Claude Ades delivers instant high season energy with “Ordinary Day”, which features Sterea’s spectacular vocals. Fluid percussions and powerful drum loops flow neatly alongside howling pads and synthesised strings. The well positioned, epic break downs seal the deal.

2019 gets off to a massive start at Manual Music, as the Dutch label welcomes back Rauschhaus to the label after his earlier shared EP with PHCK- and his remix for label head Paul Hazendonk which were both released in 2017.

The German producer doesn't fly solo this time, as he has teamed up with talented Ecuadorian producer V-Cious who you might know from his earlier releases on labels such as Parquet Recordings and KDB.

And that's not all, because on the EP's title track 'Boy' the duo worked with Australian vocalist Haptic who's discography is quite an impressive one, as he has collaborated with artists such as Several Definitions, Riesen, Third Son, Simon Doty, Daryn Vlys, AFFKT, Audio Junkies, Marc DePulse and many others!

The beautiful, moody and mysterious 'Boy' comes in the original mix and a remix by Germany's rising star Renga Weh (3000 Grad Records / Lauter Unfug), whilst the more than worthy "b-side" track titled 'People Under The Stars' gets remixed by Argentinian progressive house maestro Antrim.

All in all it's clear that Manual Music continues the new year where they've ended the previous one; pushing quality underground electronic music, as they have done so since 2005.

2019 marks the introduction of a new addition to the already rich Manual Music label family. Manual Deep will focus on the deeper and dreamy side of electronic music. True listening pearls that are a bit too deep for it's parent label, but are simply too good to ignore.

Canadian duo Beije have the honor to kick off the new label with what is their first ever official release, only having put out a self released EP on their Bandcamp thus far. 

'Botanical' takes you away on a smooth journey, transporting you into a dreamlike state. It is dark and melancholic, but quite airy at the same time with it's clear ethnic influences and subtle echoing choir additions. 

A proper debut by the Toronto based duo, and a proper Manual Deep calling card, setting a high standard for what's to come.

Freezing temperatures, snow on the streets and ice instead of water; it's winter allright! And as is tradition with each turn of season Manual Music's MNL label releases a new 'Seasons' various artist EP with a couple of lovely progressive house tunes. At least something to look forward to if you don't like the winter time ;-)

Quite the impressive line-up of artists this time as Pablo German, GabiM and Imran Khan all make their return to the label, whilst Brian Muszkat is celebrating his MNL label debut, giving a taste of what's to come when he'll drop his solo single later on in the year.

Gabriel Nery is an electronic music artist based in Misiones, Argentina. A few months ago he entered the progressive house scene with his debut release on Dopamine Music which gathered heavy support by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Marcelo Vasami and Kevin Di Serna.

Now we're excited to show you his MNL label debut which contains three fresh tracks! Though being a newcomer to the scene, his productions sound very mature and as if you're listening to an industry veteran here.

Judge by yourself, and enjoy the music of yet another emerging artist from progressive house mainland Argentina.

Manual Music is proud to welcome internationally renowned artist Rafael Cerato on board, teaming up with the ever so talented NekliFF who makes his return to the Dutch imprint.

'Warriors' follows the current trend of combining heavy hitting melodic techno elements with popular afro house influences. A sure to succeed recipe when it comes to creating uplifting and euphoric moments on the dance floor.

The title track is remixed by Sasch BBC & Casper who are no stranger to the Manual label. The German duo create a roaring monster. Peak time insanity anyone? Here you go!

On the B-side we'll find 'Marrakesh', a cut that will take any dance floor by storm with it's infectious groove, lovely melodies and overall vibe.

But wait, we're not there yet! We've got man-of-the-moment Kasper Koman on remix duties, hot on the heels of his Lost & Found label debut. A proper portion of chunky progressive house served by the talented Dutchman.

So we've got Rafael Cerato, NekliFF, Sasch BBC & Caspar and Kasper Koman all on one EP. Doesn't get more lethal than this, now does it!? Enjoy!

Spanish UNER has built a high reputation around the globe and after many years he brings his huge talent back to Sincopat for an extraordinaire release. These three original tracks come accompanied an amazing twelve-minuted remix by 'il maestro' Luca Bacchetti.
'Waters Above' opens the EP with a super special atmosphere full of dreamy pads and melodies. Exquisite notes are sounding in the magic breakdown in a theme that comes back even more organic that in the beginning. Luca Bacchetti takes the control for the remix elaborating a stunning composition worth of a film with different parts and passages: just the intro already tells you this is promising. This is sensual, eclectic but also notice the club-treatment. Second original propose from UNER is a bass-leading production called 'Firmament' where you can feel a beautiful treatment into a neverending build up full of epic. Closing this electronic journey, we have the awesome 'Pieces' an absolutely golden downtempo track.

Plano B celebrates their 8th birthday with a new release from Ikaro Grati - Down Memory Lane.

Ikaro says "This track explains the nostalgic moments that both adults and young adolescents can experience. By using a melancholic synth, I try to bring back those childhood memories. In combination with the bells and the light percussion, I try to maintain the 'floating moment'. The lyrics explain almost everything. Remember the things we did when we were young. Boys went out to play and fell out of trees while the early maternal instinct of girls kept them safe at home. Sometimes we are overwhelmed with all kinds of responsibilities that life offers us. People need to remember to enjoy life and not to rush things too much. But maybe we are not always ready for that? For us, the solution to a temporary escape from reality, is recollecting our stories from the old days. Reflecting on moments of the past can take a second, a minute or even a whole day. For me it takes a song in this case."

On remix duties for today's premiere, we find Sonic Future and Sanio & Zarth, who intensify the vibe, and add a more percussive swagger to grace the vocal loops and emotive smile inducing breakdown'.

Copenhagen’s Nandu is a fast rising artist who imbues the idea of the smooth DJ transition into his new productions for Frankey and Sandrino's Sum Over History label.

After releasing his 3rd solo album One Man’s High Is Another Man’s Anxiety on Connected in the fall of 2018, and with a long line of cutting edge releases on labels such as Exit Strategy, Azzur, MoBlack and Rebirth, the always atmospheric Nandu brings plenty of new perspective to house and techno. As this new EP title suggests, 'Transitions' assembles various sounds, elements and ideas for three tracks that skip back and forth between various electronic sub-genres.

The fantastic opener unites deep soundscapes and a ravey, euphoric passage of synth work influenced by the 90s. Starting off with a bouncy bassline, a single key synth fills the high frequency space as an acid bleep brings more energy and helps the track surge into the future before finally bringing you back down again. It is truly a lesson in electronic ingenuity.

The same can be said of 'Stjerneskud', with a forward marching bass line, raw like a wooden plank, paired with melo-driven synth pads that slowly fade in and out. They make for a beautifully tasteful track that Nandu says is dedicated to his son.

Lastly, 'Found A Way' emphasises the soundscapes that 'Transition' and 'Stjerneskud' partly hinted at.

Built around multiple synth chords that create a mix of euphoria and sentimentally, Nandu implements vocoder-edited vocals before a big break, then the return of the synth-melody and the bass which carry you away.

From deep, dark and raw sounds to acid and euphoria, Nandu's three tracker offers a brief history of electronic music's many influences all smoothly blended into something new and fresh.
