I was mesmerized and my whole body shivering-vibrating from the beginning of your set. This ending brought up so much emotion I couldn't move a finger. Last time I felt something similar in its uniqueness and beyond reason (wink wink) joy, such a piercing and appeasing wave of dissolution in the sound, was when I discovered Silent Shout (The Knife) live. @amelipaulmusic, you really moved me in a way that will always remain within me, as vivid as the experience.

I think I've heard and heard this song, as well as all the others, a myriad of times, but I would never get tired of hearing them over and over again. However, this one in particular has a very special place in my heart ^^, and it's really your pride, nothing to envy all the others, like the new one just released, a bomb, but this one is truly unforgettable! Time passes, and the people of Ukraine continue to suffer from the Russian war of aggression. We feel obliged not to watch this cruelty wordlessly and idly. The senseless violence emanating from Russia is condemned by us in the strongest possible terms.

With Pieces for Peace we want to show that we as a community are aware of the people in Ukraine and that their suffering is not unseen. But from this we also want to be able to contribute to the relief efforts. In order to use it efficiently, all the proceeds of the campaign will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross, which is tirelessly at work, whether in the humanitarian or diplomatic field.

The compilation will only be available for two weeks. After that, all collected proceeds from it will be donated to the ICRC.

All artists are offering their contribution to this EP without any financial compensation.

Es ist eben so mit den Dingen, die anders sind alles andere, dass niemand mit ihnen rechnet, bevor sie da sind. So verhält es sich wohl auch mit dem Album ‚Momoko' des Elektropop-Trios DAS MAER, einem Sammelsurium aus allerlei unterhaltsamen und doch tiefgründigen Kuriositäten, erträumt in einer schlaflosen, isolierten Woche in der Mineaturmetropolis Heidenheim, das nun nach mehr als einjähriger Feinarbeit erscheint. Die Mär vom MAER beginnt mit einem Tanzbären, so unscheinbar zunächst wie drollig, der sich aus Berlin auf eine Reise durch den musikalischen Untergrund begab, auf viel Wohlwollen stieß und so aus einem Einweg-Projekt ein etabliertes Trio zauberte. Auf der anderen Seite der Geschichte steht nun das Debütalbum desgleichen in den Startlöchern: Momoko, der namensgebende Spielzeugroboter, inspirierte DAS MAER – bestehend aus Elektroszeneveteranen Yannek Maunz, Brascon und Johanson – zu einer Langspielplatte, die ihrer ersten Silbe würdig ist. Mehr als eine Stunde klangliches Kontrastprogramm – von Violine und Kinderchor bis TB-03 und Autotune – erwartet Hörerin und Hörer hier. Darin gebettet Geschichten, Fantasien und Klamaukgedichte übers Erwachsenwerden, Verliebtsein, Feiern, das Fahren im 40-Tonner oder im Nachtbus, manchmal herzzerreißend melancholisch, manchmal weltfremd optimistisch und immer mal wieder tief zwischen den Zeilen versteckt. Dem Credo ihres bisherigen Schaffens bleiben die drei Kollaborateure treu: immer der Intuition nach, Genre-Grenzen beherzt überschreiten und sich vor allem nie zu ernst nehmen. Da ist es nun also: Etwas, das so noch nie war und das sich doch so anfühlt, als hätte man es sich schon immer gewünscht

Image design and composition is probably one of the most fundamental forms of artistic expression. This field of art is almost infinite in its possible manifestations. An image can be created with highly complex computer programmes or with the simplest of means. In the digital cosmos, each pixel can be configured exactly according to the artists ideas and wishes. In contrast, impressive works of art can also be created with natural materials such as stones, twigs or with coal. The ability to compose images is as complicated as it is simple. It depends on the artist and his creative intention. The Canvas remix by Just Emma & Urem is a little darker than the original version. Expressive percussions and analogue-sounding synths give the song a clubby makeover. Elements of the original track are used thoughtfully and in specific places. Among other things, the unique vocals are incorporated into the new composition. Overall, this remix is a successful addition to the original and presents another form of Canvas music. Thank you for this piece of art.
