‘The ground is covered in white. The air is still, the silence is deafening. The sky is exceptionally clear, however it’s trapping, like invisible barriers. It’s cold, very cold. All these ice, how did it get here? This feeling, this nothingness, where is everybody?’

‘Nothingness’ is an original vocal solo piece inspired by the feeling of emptiness. It is the perceived sound of a void, the non-existence of life. It paints a picture of the supposed ice age should the earth seize to function. It is the sound of cold, the absence of anything.
