Helium Balloons

This is a simple song I wrote about feeling pathetic because of being apathetic. We all have those moments of self-denial when it just seems easier to choose lazy indifference over actually making something of ourselves, even if we know better, right? That's where I was at when I wrote this song. 

The little break is meant to be whistled rather than sung, but I can't whistle very well... haha.

Here's another original song by me. It's written to be played with a full band: upright bass, violin, trumpet, possibly a tuba and accordion.

A very rough cover of me singing the Jackson Five's "I Want You Back" with Mac Russ on guitar and backup vocals. We had fun! Thought I should post some kind of cover on the cloud :)

This song is a bit different from what I'm used to writing. It came to be by listening to a lot of Laura Marling after an awkward night spent with an almost-friend. Hope you enjoy!
