This is my first track I am publishing here XD I have been inspired by a multitude of composers, including John Williams, Howard Shore, and many other big composers in TV and film.  Though it is a small piece, I feel I developed my own composers 'voice.'

Bellissimo ~ Orchestral Composition Experiment

'Grido Di Gioia' translates to 'Cry of Joy.'  This is a composition I have been working on for a couple of months (after a painfully prolonged writers block)as a means to experiment with counterpoint.

Note ~ this isn't a live piano, it is a rough-as-guts mastering of a single 'Yamaha Grand Piano' track in LogicPro X

This piece was originally for SATB choir, as part of an exercise to compose 'hymn-esque' music.  Unfortunately, I am yet to record this piece with a choir, however, I find it works just as well with a string quartet. The four instruments fit each register very well, or at least I think so.  
Choir version MIGHT come later this year ;3
