I enjoyed the real honour of opening the festival after parties at SUTI Festival and Chrysalid Festival this past summer. I can safely say that they are my absolute favourite type of set to play. Following on from a 30 minute gong bath and hang drum performance, completely cleansing the space with pure tones and resetting everyones ears, then comes the challenge of delicately enticing the ears and stirring people again with more danceable digital music. 

The crowd at both of these parties was immense and so so receptive, they remained on a knife edge allowing me to take them on a journey through mystical world sounds and ethnic percussion into deep hypnotic bass lines and groovy techy rhythms. I never record these sets as they are something special for the moment and always unplanned, but I get asked for them quite often.

Here is a mix that replicates the beginning style of these epic three hour sets. It offers a sincere blessing for all those that hear it, and invites a deep contemplation of the human condition.

I hope you enjoy a different style of set from me which is intended to inspire and light your way.
