Showing their cards on young imprint Hiriko are dynamic Italian duo, M.F.S: Observatory. The brainchild of prolific Spanish producer, Ekai, will be releasing the ‘It’s The Same’ EP consisting of two powerful, and emphatic dance floor burners. 

Kicking things off is the bouncing rhythms of ‘It’s The Same’ a rolling track, that builds effortlessly in to an uplifting roar, and infective vocals, chewing you up and spitting you out on the other side with a thunderous kick and slick highs. A force to be reckoned with. 

With a slightly more laid back stricture comes ‘I Want You’ nodding towards a deep house tip. A punchy arrangement works its way around the high pitched sample which can be found echoing through the track. Think of warm summers day with an ice cold drink in your hand, absorbing this tribal-esque sound. 
 
Tight productions as ever from the M.F.S: guys, as they set to fill your summer with more fantastic music in 2020, and an exciting next chapter for Hiriko.

The very talented Belgian Techno producer Arne Over is ready for his debut on Tracer Records. We are pleased to present his new EP 'Titanium’ with a huge Remix of the main track by Phutek. Phutek’s tracks are blasted at the biggest techno stages in the world regularly and he is a protégé of the legendary Carl Cox, so we are over the moon to have him on board. His Remix of ’Titanium’ is already played and supported by the legend on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix.

Expect driving percussion sounds on a pounding kick drum, rumbling basslines, synth twists and drops driven by a hypnotic state of consciousness. No matter how hot it gets, Arne Over’s ’Titanium’ is strong and has a very high melting point. It might melt your speakers…

Hailing from Naples, M.F.S: Observatory have been a constant presence on the scene, via releases for Relief Records, ViVa Music and Food Music, as well as their own Observatory Music imprint.

With previous support from the likes of Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin and Joris Voorn, their debut for Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains label looks set to widen their reputation, as they deliver a pair of slick techno pumpers on the ‘Arrange Me’ single.

Unadulterated, raw beats kickstart the title track, as an engaging vocal filters into the mix alongside stabs reminiscent of some of the Detroit techno classics, and offering up a funky, drum driven banger!  ‘Jump, Drink, Repeat’ similarly leans heavy on its dominant drum pattern, as bells and vocal chops intersect for a mid-tempo chugger of the highest order.

Melody’s Enemy is the moniker of British electronic music producer and DJ Andy Haeffele. 

Beginning as a duo with Morgan Jones the pair were a somewhat unorthodox pairing in modern Techno having honed their craft within the drum and bass scene, releasing and performing for many of its best labels such as Playaz, Ram and Metalheadz.

A reconvergence in 2015 saw them form Melody’s Enemy - a project designed to channel their shared ethos of ruggedness and “golden-era” d&b aesthetic into modern, cutting-edge techno. 

They were quickly spotted by Dense & Pika, and began releasing on their ground-breaking Kneaded Pains imprint. Surging forward ever since the pair have delivered a series of critically-acclaimed ep’s on Kneaded Pains, Phobiq and Of Unsound Mind.

Already respected for their production, Melody’s Enemy have since collaborated with Dense & Pika and Drumcode’s Vinicius Honorio on killer releases “From Nothing” and “Thrillseekers” respectively as well as crafting “Reach” alongside Balthazar & Jackrock - released on Terminal M and a mainstay in sets from Monika Kruse.  

They also teamed up with Croydon’s-favourite-son Skream to craft a 2 track EP that was quickly snapped up by Alan Fitzpatrick for release on We Are The Brave.

The Melody's Enemy sound was soon spotted by the respected Octopus Records head SIAN. A series of releases followed as well as a DJ residency on SIAN's popular Twitch channel.

2020 saw Morgan leave the act to focus on other business interests and Melody's Enemy as a solo act was born.

An In-demand producer and remixer, Melody's Enemy has gained extensive and continued support from names such as: Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Arjun Vagale, Chris Liebing, Dubfire, Tiga, Ramiro Lopez, Enrico Sangiuliano, Huxley and more.

Not just a producer Melody's Enemy is an experienced & accomplished performer with a DJ set incorporating live loops, percussion and unique sound pallets to compliment the cutting-edge music selection.
