Disco Paese is a DJ and Producer from Corsica. Wilderness lover, he builds musical landscapes as rough and pure as his native island. Possessed with dance he digs hard into Italo, synthwave, trancy indie dance and other groovy pathways. Sharp selector and pure wild energy DJ, he loves being in osmosis with dancefloor just like solitude of mixtape making. 
Strongly connected with mediterranean arc, he naturally crossed the sea arm to explore Italian scene with teams like DiscoPastrami (Milano), Tour de Funk (Firenze) and played in Corsica with Toy Tonics crew at Calvi On the Rocks festival or underground french house scene with teams like Peter Palace (Toulouse) or La Rotonde Stalingrad. He recently co-founded Maki Sound System which aim to diversifie corsican underground scene , inviting artists like Belaria, Molly, Joss Moog, Ecran Total. He produced for labels like Raibano Records, Italoexotica.

The man behind our upcoming second label EP, set for release in January 2025, is our brand-new guest on SOULMEEX DECKS.

He’s Michael Lane, a Berlin-based musician, DJ, and all-round-audio producer carving his niche in electronic music by blending fun with emotional depth. Michael’s sound merges progressive house and italo elements to create immersive journeys on the dancefloor. His productions evolve throughout, ensuring that by the time listeners transition out, the experience feels transformed. His debut EP "Leeloo", released on Polari Records in mid-2024, truly captured his signature style.

As a DJ, he holds a residency at OXI in Berlin, where he tailors each set to the party’s vibe, skilfully shifting genres to keep the energy high. His sets sparkle with touches of disco and 80s nostalgia, making each performance a one-of-a-kind experience.

Welcome to the italoboy Hey Cabrera! on the imprint :).

He is a DJ, producer and songwriter based in Turin - Italy.

His sound is fluid and bouncy, often reflecting the mood of the moment.
A fan of The Stooges and Suicide, by night he crafts beats that seamlessly blend indie
dance, Italo disco, funk and acid house.

Together with DJ Protopapa, in 2023 he gained italian national airplay with the track Ca
Va? Je T’Aime!, an eccentric electronic nursery rhyme featuring Emmanuelle. He has also
released numerous remixes - for Daddy Squad, Planet Opal, as well as Italian eurodance
superstars Ricchi e Poveri and the timeless diva Ornella Vanoni - which have been featured
in prestigious Spotify playlists such as Italo Disco, Glow and Poolside.

In April 2024, his EP Italo Void was published on the renowned Dutch label Bordello A Parigi,
featuring two original tracks accompanied by remixes by Lauer and David Bay.

His latest single, The Moment, was released on Berlin’s Frank Records.
