Roebuck "Pops" Staples won a contemporary blues Grammy in 1994 for his final album Father Father,  The title track shows the power of Pop's soft touch and strong  beliefs. His thin, whispery moan blends perfectly with daughter Mavis her full-throated shouts that everybody knows oh so well from the legendary "Staple Singers" era.
