To shape the world, to bend the time.  

Wasps don’t envy, ants don’t dream,  
But cortex creatures plot and scheme.  
Jealousy’s not a flaw — it’s fuel,  
A signal that the crown must rule.  

The cortex ain’t a wing — it’s a throne,  
A living jewel in flesh and bone.  
DNA crowned us with thought so vast,  
To break the stone age and outpace the past.  

If we fall to war, or stall in fear,  
The next wave will dig and peer.  
They’ll find our tech, our fossil flame,  
And wonder why we lost the game.  

They’ll rise from stone to silicon speed,  
Skip the grind, fulfill the need.  
And they’ll ask, “How could they wait,  
When the asteroid sealed their fate?”  

Nature crowned us with the highest gift,  
A cortex capable of cosmic lift.  
But the crown ain’t just for show —  
It’s a duty to help the species grow.  

Kings are crowned to hold the line,  
To stabilize the grand design.  
Not to hoard, but to uplift,  
To guide the world through every shift.  

Mammals were crowned to guard the tree,  
To keep the balance, set life free.  
But now the crown builds tech so bold,  
It can recode the Earth’s own mold.  

So will we rise, or scratch for dust,  
Trade cosmic truth for primal lust?  
Or will we claim the throne we bear,  
And build a paradise from air?

The crown is calling — not for kings alone,  
But for every mind that’s fully grown.  
Step to the plate, rewrite the plan,  
And let the Cerebral Race begin again.
