One of Istanbul’s most skillful, DJ-Producer and Memoire Affective co-founder, Eren Eren announces his debut LP "Clusters" to be released September 2021 on his own label.

Eren Eren is known as one of the most distinctive figures of the Istanbul scene with his superior DJing skills sharpened over decades. From a production standpoint, he is one of those electrical current conductors that designs and facilitates communication lines between the sound machines. The LP is comprised of 8 tracks originating from selections of long jam sessions. His subtle approach on the composition is what makes “Clusters” unique and timeless. It's not main room electronic music, but whatever room it is, you sure won't be able to leave.

BIO
Eren Eren is an Istanbul based electronic music producer, label owner, radio and club DJ.
 
His musical background dates back to the early 90's, studying the bassoon at Izmir’s Dokuz Eylul Conservatory while playing electric guitar for local bands.
 
In 2002 after moving to Istanbul for education, he started digging deeper into electronic music and building his record collection, which later became his obsession.
 
In 2008 he began studying music production at Istanbul Bilgi University. During this era he played an active role in the foundation of Vesvese Records and hosted many international artists at the groundbreaking Sali Sallanir club nights. As a club DJ he shared the booth with many veterans such as Francois K, Ben UFO, Marcellus Pittman, Kyle Hall, Soul Clap, Isolee, Nicolas Jaar - Darkside and many more.
 
Eren's radio career began in 2010 with Krank; a weekly radio show streaming live on Dinamo FM (103.8). Later he and his long time partner in crime Arman Akinci started another radio show for Babylon Radio (99.4) called Memoire Affective on which they played music, had featured guests and conversed on a wide-range of topics. This show quickly evolved into a club night and eventually a label. So far their label, Memoire Affective, has released material from Rick Wade, Salih Topuz, Havantepe and Fluctuosa.
 
After producing individual tracks and remixes for various labels/artists, his debut 12" EP Seven Days came out from Petra Digital/Vinyl imprint in 2019. He is now getting ready to release his debut LP on his own Memoire Affective dated for mid September 2021.
 
As an inveterate groove enthusiast, Eren Eren is obsessed with spreading not only music but also the cultural background and significance behind it. At a time when DJing is more about marketing than substance, his priority continues to be enhancing his street cred and supporting the local movements from all around the world. From House to Techno, Hip-Hop to Jazz and everything in between, keeping it real and subtle are his prior codes and the driving forces that sustains his passion for being a mediator between music and the people. He fed from these subcultures that shape what he does and how he does it, raw and spiritual with constant diversity.

Under his new moniker, this "mysterious" producer, has delivered this wonderful 4 tracker, which he described like this: "Home is a capsule, a story telling release explained in textures." The release will be out on very limited tapes and on digital.
