This was my first job working in the UK, I only lasted a week. I will never forget how much I fancied the only English waiter there and how the two chefs borrowed my phone, I think just to find out whether I was gay or not. From there, I made a little fried from Latvia who stayed in my life for the much of the first time I lived in London in 2011.

Long day after work, I had been living in London for more than two years and I was working far far away outside London. I had to get up around 5 and took one bus from Shoreditch to Central London, from there to Shepherds Bush and from there to Uxbridge.  Everyday it was so cold and I had to work with water and travel so much. I'll never forget a little Spanish friend I made there, I always felt he never really liked me.  This was in November 2013
